About Us

We are a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the auto repair industry. CRG Auto Body opened its doors in 2006 and since day one our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Our first location was a small shop in Silver Spring, but we have since expanded to a larger facility in Rockville all thanks to our customer referrals. We understand that excellent customer service is vital to the success of our business and so we do everything necessary for our customers to leave our shop satisfied. We work with all insurances and our close relationship with towing and rental companies helps us to ease the repair process for our customers. We understand it can be a stressfull time so we always strive to lift some of the burden off our customers by completing all of the tasks necessery before their vehicle can be dropped off. We also keep all parties updated during the repairs.

Our managers are ASE and I-CAR certified; two of the most prestigious institutes for training and testing automotive service professionals. We are here to help our customers understand what repairs will be done on their vehicles and to discuss all possible options. Giving a price for the repairs is only part of the estimate.

Our technicians are I-CAR certified and trained to work with our state-of-the art collision repair equipment. All of our technicians attend training classes regulary to make sure they are familiar with all updates in the ever changing auto industry.

Tony and Sofia are Carlos and Josie’s son and daughter. They oversee the business operations.

Nelson supervises all of our repairs and is also the lead estimator.

Jonathan is the primary point of contact for most of our customers and insurance providers.
